Bauhaus and Beyond, from Britain to North Africa
This full study day, introduced by the exhibition’s lead curator Roisin Inglesby, provides an in-depth examination of the Bauhaus movement, focusing on its postwar legacy in the UK and North Africa.

- Olivia Aherne, research curator of Bauhaus Imaginista exhibition and conference at Nottingham Contemporary
- Magnus England, co-author of Isokon and the Bauhaus in Britain, the extraordinary story of the pioneering modern apartment block and how its residents helped shape Modern Britain
- Morad Montazami, director of Zamân Books and curator of the touring exhibition New Waves: Melehi and Casablanca Art School (2019-20), the first dedicated to the Moroccan artist Mohamed Melehi (b. 1936)
- Nicholas Pankhurst, Bauhaus Artist in Residence at the William Morris Gallery and Walthamstow Wetlands
- Ilaria Puri Purini, co-curator of Pioneers: William Morris and the Bauhaus and programmes manager at the Contemporary Art Society in London
