Once a derelict industrial building, and genuinely an old Chocolate Factory at the heart of Hackney, Keith Ashley and a small group of artists set about lovingly turning it into studios for themselves and future generations of creative practitioners.

Two and a half decades later and the community continues so during this Winter Open Studios.
