Elad Argaman - A side of rubble

A side of rubble is a series of sculptural works in metal, cement and bone by Thames-Side Studios-based Elad Argaman.

Inspired by the derelict and condemned structures of both the outskirts of South London and south Tel Aviv, the series combines the organic and the industrial, the biological and the geographical, and the natural and the synthetic in order to portray a visceral and surreal urban landscape. Through a variety of materials and textures, the works convey an odd fusion between mankind and its evolving environment.

"The skyline of the modern city is constantly evolving, like a living organism with a ravenous appetite for expanse". - Elad Argaman
