This December, multidisciplinary visual artist, photographer, and writer Wanda Orme will release a new book of poetry and photography offering an emotive exploration of the ineffable energy of volcanos. Capturing the sensuality and the power of these unique landscapes, informed by Orme’s background in both anthropology and psychology, this intelligent, gentle, and honest book was created on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius and the volcanic islands of Alicudi and Pantelleria, in the south of Italy.
