Cheng's solo exhibition will present a new simulation, alongside screenings of Life After BOB: The Chalice Study (2021). Extending the world of Life After BOB, the new work portrays the daily routine of Chalice's pet turtle, dramatising every step in the turtle's AI-driven cognitive model to reconcile its inner needs with the affordances and threats of its external world.
