This exhibition brings together 18 paintings by five contemporary artists who have worked in direct response to J. G. Ballard’s 1962 science fiction novel ‘The Drowned World’.

Molly Rose Butt, Phil Goss, Nick Goss, Amanda Houchen, Christof Mascher, Jo Mason and Alix Philippe have taken the dystopian story of a submerged London as inspiration for a new body of work.

Lagoon has been brought together by Amanda Houchen.
