A group exhibition featuring female artists Charmaine Watkiss (UK), Delita Martin (US) and Tessa Mars (Haiti).
At the core of each artist's practice is their engagement with drawing - in its original expression and then its prospection into other forms: painting, printmaking and caste sculpture.
Watkiss, Martin and Mars are artist creating bodies of work that centre and situate real or fictional protagonists, specifically black women, whose presence activates a short or recurring pictorial narrative for prolonged reflection."
