Harrison (Manchester, 1996) is interested in flawing an image and revels in the tensions that exist between the systems of painting and subject. Compositions are fractured into new geometries and colour palettes are transformed, as he confounds the expectations of a once familiar image.

As the first artist participating in this series, Harrison will introduce his practice with a work presented online ahead of the opening. It will thereafter feature as part of his exhibition.
