This exhibition, our first in the gallery's new Fitzrovia gallery space, takes us behind a door, into the very private world of Studio 29b, the West London workspace of artist Vincent Black (b.1975).

Practising away from the public eye and choosing to eschew the influences, affirmations and distractions of social media and television, Vincent’s body of work is very much from and of himself.

The works selected for this exhibition represent the highly personal expression of the perceptions and preoccupations of the human psyche and the search for self.
